Jessica Rothwell is an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor dedicated to providing compassionate, trauma-informed care to individuals navigating life’s transitions, challenges, and mental health symptoms. Her therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based, rooted in empathy, authenticity, and unconditional positive regard.

Jessica has experience supporting underserved adults facing severe mental health challenges, including mood, anxiety, adjustment, personality, and psychotic disorders. She completed her clinical training at Momentum for Health’s Crisis Residential Program, where she provided individual and group therapy, facilitated crisis intervention, and developed collaborative treatment plans.

With a passion for making mental health services accessible to all, Jessica believes in empowering clients to explore their strengths, build resilience, and embrace personal growth. She values creating a safe and inclusive space where clients feel seen, heard, and supported on their path to healing.

Jessica earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and is a National Certified Counselor (NCC). She is excited to continue her counseling career at Brave Soul Therapy, where she collaborates with clients to foster self-discovery, growth, and meaningful change.
