Katherine holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from California State University, Sacramento. She is trained in EMDR and integrates DBT techniques into her person-centered approach, tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of her clients. With extensive experience working with young adults and adults in crisis, trauma, and dual diagnoses, Katherine is skilled in helping clients build resilience, achieve lasting sobriety, and find peace and purpose in their journeys.
